What XAvatar collects
XAvatar may store your email address, your linked X handle, basic account identifiers from the authentication provider, and any avatar media you upload to use the service.
How we use your email
Your email address is used only to create and relate your XAvatar account to you. We do not use it for newsletters, marketing campaigns, or unrelated outreach.
How we use your X data
If you sign in with X, XAvatar may read the account information needed to verify your handle and connect that handle to your XAvatar profile. We do not post to X on your behalf.
Avatar uploads
Uploaded avatar files are stored so XAvatar can serve and manage your selected media. If you remove your uploaded avatar, the related media can be removed from active use in the product.
Sharing
XAvatar does not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by the service providers needed to run the app, such as hosting, authentication, database, and storage infrastructure.
Retention
We keep account data for as long as it is needed to operate your XAvatar account or comply with legal obligations. If you want your account removed, contact us and we can review deletion of the related records.
